The team have come up with a calendar of events for WA Mental Health Week. From guided meditation sessions to lunch in the park (with no phones allowed!).
We will be enjoying some fun relaxing activities and discussing small changes we can make to get us thinking more about looking after our body, mind and soul; and most importantly seeking further help when needed.
Given how critical the early years are for lifelong brain development and functioning, learning, and wellbeing, the theme for Mental Health Week 2021 in Western Australia is: Mental health starts with our children.
